I have been exclusively representing Home Buyers for almost two decades. As an Exclusive Buyers Agent, I have generally been disappointed with the real estate industry and its treatment of the Home Buyer. It’s time to change things. Here “buyer beware” becomes “Buyer Be Wise”. Here, whatever the home buying topic, you will get an opinionated, biased, single-minded discussion of home buying strictly from the perspective of what is in the BEST interest of the Home Buyer – period. My appraisal and building background is just a portion of the vast real estate experience tapped to provide you, the Home Buyer, everything you need to make the "smartest" home buying decision possible. I have never listed homes, sold homes or represented sellers during my real estate career – I am single-minded. All I have ever done is represent Home Buyers – this is what I specialize in. I am NOT your typical real estate Agent giving lip service to the needs of Home Buyers.
